Your orders are delivered within the borders of Türkiye, and shipping areas are limited to SÜRAT Cargo Türkiye shipping network. Your product will be delivered to the cargo company at the latest five business days after the purchase is completed. Although delivery time varies depending on distance, it takes an average of 4 business days for the shipment to arrive. The product that cannot be delivered due to force majeure will be notified to you by www.poupee.com.tr within 3 business days after the order date.
What should I do when I want to return the product I purchased?
The “Right of Withdrawal Without Giving Reason” in the Regulation on Distance Contracts is valid within the first 14 days after you receive the product. For returns due to any defect arising from the product, you can return the product you purchased within 7 days from the delivery date.
You can send the products you purchased to the address below via SÜRAT Cargo. The shipping fee is covered by the person sending the product back.

The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;
The product you purchase must be undamaged, its packaging undamaged, with all its accessories, and its unused or resalable status intact.
We kindly request that you fill out the original invoice and the return form on the back of the invoice and send the product you want to return to the return address specified by Poupee, complete, unused and with undamaged packaging.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued in the name of an institution, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, which have a shipping label attached to them, or which are taped with shipping duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back in the same condition they were received, with payment paid by the other party.
All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging.
Returns of clothing products are not accepted if they have been used or modified.
The protection strip on the product screen of portable and video electronic devices such as phones, cameras and game consoles should not be removed. There should be no scratches, damage, impacts or liquid contact on the screen and other parts of the device.
All kinds of cosmetic and personal care products, books, copyable software and programs, all technological products, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes and computers, stationery and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, untested and intact. and can be returned if they are unused.
For hygienic reasons, products such as underwear, socks and swimsuits cannot be returned/exchanged.
How long does it take for the refund to be reflected in my account after the return?
Your returned product fees will be deposited to your bank within 7 days from the moment the returned product reaches us, after checking that the product complies with the return conditions. The product price will be reflected on your credit card as a "plus balance" within 15 days, depending on your bank. This process depends entirely on your bank and poupee.com.tr has no right to intervene with your bank.
