Delivery
The delivery of your orders is made within the borders of Turkey, and the shipping areas are limited to the SÜRAT Cargo Turkey shipping network. Your product will be delivered to the Cargo company, at the latest, five business days after the purchase is completed. Delivery time varies depending on the distance, but it takes an average of 4 working days for the shipment to arrive. The product that cannot be delivered due to force majeure will be notified to you by www.poupee.com.tr within 3 working days after the order date.
What should I do when I want to return the product I purchased?
The “Right of Withdrawal Without Giving Reason” in the Regulation on Distance Contracts is valid within the first 14 days of receipt of the product. In case of returns due to any defect caused by the product, you can return the product you received within 7 days from the delivery date.
